Hugo
Hugo is our beloved main character in Magic Meadow developed for the mobile market. Hugo went through a few iteration designs as you can see. But all for good reasons in order to achieve the best presentation of his character in the end.

Rigging Overview
Below's video is just an overview of Hugo's rig that I setup. It was also one of the first rigs I used as a template when establishing the animation pipeline for Magic Meadow. In the end, we exported a skinned mesh model with just the joints without any animation.
In Unity, we then referenced all of our separate exported animations to this one skinned model file.
